Whoever doesn't love flea markets and antique malls has just not spent enough time in them. Last weekend I had a birthday party at the MANHATTAN ART AND ANTIQUES CENTER and it was beautiful! But, besides my 20-some friends, there were not nearly enough other shoppers/browsers/antiques gawkers. I encourage you to find a nice antique shop or flea market ASAP and I dare you not to find a treasure you need for the rest of your life. Me, I like vases lately (in addition to miniature animals and jewelry, which I've liked forever), but I feel myself drifting toward lamps. Above, the few small items I picked up during my birthday shopping extravaganza.
